FAQs

  • How do I make a purchase on FanFlix?

To make a purchase or participate in an Offer, you will need a valid payment method (e.g., credit card or third-party payment service). By providing your payment details, you authorize FanFlix and its payment processors to charge your account. Please note that taxes and additional fees may apply.

  • Can I get a refund or store credit if my digital code is expired due to a previous purchase?

All FanFlix sales are final and non-refundable, even in cases where a digital code is expired because the movie or TV title has already been redeemed. If the respective Digital Service Provider recognizes that you already own the movie or TV title, it's considered a duplicate redemption, and no further action can be taken.

  • Can I get a replacement code if my digital code expired because I already own the movie or TV title?

Once a digital code expires, it cannot be replaced. If the Digital Services Provider detects that the movie or TV title has already been redeemed under your account, it will prevent the digital code from being used again. As such, we're unable to issue a new code for a movie or TV title you've already purchased, even if you're trying to redeem it again.

  • What should I do if I have issues with the service?

For any issues or questions about the service, you can reach out to FanFlix’s support team through the Help Center or by emailing the customer support contact provided on the website.

  • Can I get a refund or credit if I can’t redeem my digital code?

Due to the nature of our digital code promotions, all FanFlix sales are final and non-refundable.

  • Can I get a refund for my purchase?

All payments made through FanFlix are non-refundable.
