  • What is FanFlix?

    FanFlix partners with studios to bring you the best movie deals. When you purchase a digital movie from us, you will be presented with a selection of digital service providers such as Movies Anywhere,  Fandango at Home, or Google Play to sign-in and redeem your digital code.

    Not all promotions offer the same providers and each may have different platform and playback capabilities, so please learn more about which provider is right for you.

    Please note that FanFlix is only available in the US at this time. 

  • What is a FanFlix Account?

    Accounts help you easily find our promotions, get notified about new ones launching and keep track of your purchases. We provide convenient sign-up using Facebook, Google, or Apple accounts, which is easy and protects your personal information.

  • How do I redeem the digital code that I purchased?

    Once you complete your order, you'll be presented with a confirmation page where you can redeem your movie(s) by clicking on the 'Redeem' button. Redemption links will also be sent in a receipt email to your provided email address.

  • Redeeming on Fandango at Home

    If you’re having trouble redeeming your title at Fandango at Home, or are unable to see your movie under your Recently Purchased tab in My Movies, it could be that you already own this film on Fandango at Home.

    In order to verify whether or not you already own the title, please search for the title in question and check the title details page (which can be reached by clicking on the thumbnail in the search results).

  • Apple iTunes Redemption Flow Issues?

    If you are experiencing an issue redeeming a title via Apple / iTunes or unable to see it in your library immediately upon redemption you may enter the code you have received directly into either:

    Lionsgate titles: https://movieredeem.com/

    Paramount Pictures titles: https://paramountdigitalcopy.com/

    Upon entering the code and clicking either [Enter] or [Redeem] buttons you will see your iTunes code in the [Result] section.

    The code displayed contains a hyperlink. If you click this link, you will be prompted to open iTunes to redeem your code. Once the redemption goes through, you will be able to view your movie in your library.

    You can also choose to redeem your iTunes code directly in the iTunes Store. Depending on your device, you may need to download the AppleTV app from the App Store to view your redeemed movie.

     

  • Do I need to sign up for an account at one of the available providers (Movies Anywhere, Apple TV, Vudu, or Google Play)?

    Yes.  When you redeem your purchased movie at your selected provider, you will either need to log in to your existing account or create a new account. Please note that while some providers may ask for a credit card when creating a new account, there is no additional fee to watch your FanFlix purchased movie.
